Leadership Development
Empirical research shows that while most leaders have the potential to continue to develop over their lifetime, only a small minority of leaders achieve their full developmental range. The impact of this cannot be overstated - operating from earlier developmental stages leaves leaders ill equipped to lead in today's complex and rapidly changing contexts.
Our approach carefully curates developmental experiences that fosters ongoing evolution towards the latter stages of adult development, characterised by greater self awareness, self mastery and resilience, interpersonal mastery and grace and ease in complexity and ambiguity. It also fosters increasing ability to tune into and influence the broader context of systems and networks in which leaders are embedded.
Our designs often include community building to foster psychological safety across leadership cohorts and to rapidly deepening cross enterprise trust and speed. We draw on the fields of Adult Development, Neurobiology, Positive Psychology and Systems Thinking. We are accredited to use a number of different 360 and assessment tools
