Robyne Blood is the director of Positive Organisational Development and lives in New Zealand with her extended family. She has decades of experience designing and delivering multi year leadership and organisational development programs through her own consultancy and in association with McKinsey and Company. She also has rich experience as an Executive and Executive Team coach and has offered services in public, private and NFP sectors. Robyne's clients include Trans Tasman and Global companies across many industries . When working on complex initiative Robyne convenes a consortium of highly skilled professionals to match her clients' specific needs and aspirations. She has a Masters in Science: Positive Organisational Development and Change (Summa cum laude). Other qualifications include: - Diploma of Appreciative Inquiry and Emotional Intelligence- Graduate of VeDA in Adult Development Coaching - Accreditation in GLP Adult Development Assessement tools through Global Leadership Associates- Certification in Polarity Managment- Diploma of NLP- Graduate - HEART Somatic Therapy- Mindfulness training and past NZ manager for Potential Project- Accreditation in various feedback and diagnostic tools including LCP, Veda, MyWorldView - Accredited Lego Serious Play Facilitator Robyne also has extensive training in health and wellbeing through her past careers as a Psychiatric Nurse and Naturopath giving her a rich set of tools to support health and resilience
